Fore / Adventure has spawned, welcome to the shoal Fore / Kitchen! Our passion for wild food & cooking is hard to miss, it is integral to everything we do and it was only a matter of time before this element of the business would need it's own identity as it evolved.

Our wild food events in Dorset have been growing in popular throughout the last few years since capturing the headlines and featuring on channel 4's Jamie and Jimmys Friday Night Feast and now we will be adding to our reportaire with an exciting new line up of events and feasts througout the seasons for 2018! So watch this space.....

Join us for a forage and feast experience in Dorset. Our base on the Jurassic coast is the perfect spot for seashore foraging, learn how to identify, harvest and prepare wild edibles and then enjoy a handcrafted feast that run in line with the seasons with us at one of our secret spots. Our guest chefs are on hand to turn our wild food finds into a delicious 3 course supper with wild cocktails and wild cooking tips and demos.

Forage & Feast events on the Jurassic coast

We love where we are. Our sea and our shore is a place of absolute beauty and bounty.

As the seasons change from spring to summer, autumn to winter we celebrate with our wild food events where we host a shared table at a secluded beach hideaway in Dorset that we call home, to feast on what we have foraged and sourced within toe-dipping distance.

Our Forage & Feast events are a truly unique experience where the connection between the great outdoors and our plate is made abundantly clear and where the skills needed to enjoy natures larder, in our place of beauty and bounty, are explored. 

The idea behind these evenings is to engage our guests with everything the great outdoors has to offer, not just in sustainable, fresh, wild, good food but in a heart warming and handcrafted environment that makes enjoying our creations all the better!

We have some super talent on board the Fore wagon and you can bet that our guest chefs and wild cocktail wizards are going to make sure the evenings sing to a very high tune with some added Fore / Adventure bite of course.

Tickets for these special events don't hang about so do grab them whilst they're there. We still have a few seats left at our Forage & Feast events next year so get your name on the list folks. Join us to celebrate the christmas season in our special hideaway dcked to the festive nines. We will be celebrating all the good things this season brings us, twinkling lights, starry skies and beautiful local produce and wild green goodness. We would love you to join our shared table and enjoy another hand crafted event by our talented team and guest chefs who put their heart and soul into making these evenings so unique and special for all the senses!

*The tickets include a 3 course meal, wild cocktails and wine with the meal. A foraging walk and demos on the evening.

Our location

Under a starry sky, beneath canvas or in one of our secret hideaways by the sea you won't be dissapointed in the setting of these events, all beautifully styled and handcrafted by our clever team.  The location is always near to our base in Studland but we often have to wait on the weather before we confirm exact locations, which makes it all the more exciting! Accreditation

Dan our head forager is an ethnobotanist and bushcraft instructor who trained under John Ryder, founder of the renowned Woodcraft school.  His team are all also qualified ethnobotanists and ecologists.

As a WISE wildlife safe accredited operator you be can rest assured that we work responsibly, without disturbing the wildlife and sealife and we forage sustainably and sensitively
