Our philosophy of providing sustainable and enjoyable high-quality outdoor adventures, immersed in nature flows through every aspect of our family business. We aren’t very good at blowing our own trumpet but we do believe that we have created something very special for all to experience. An amazing , fun experience - My friend and I went on a 2 hour kayak tour to Old Harry Rocks with Kevin. Instructions for arrival were easy to follow and we were suitably kitted out with helmets, life jackets etc. Kevin very much put us at ease with his safety check and genuine good humour. The whole experience was extremely well organised, fun and suitable for anyone with a decent level of fitness.

16 June 2026 Fabulous kayaking adventure - This was a stunning day. Gently kayaking along the beach to Harry’s rocks and then being able to get out and walk on them was so beautiful.
Dan was a fantastic guide; a lovely balance of gentle encouragement, interest and humour. Would highly recommend.

27 May 2026 2-hour tour Kayak around Old Harry Rocks - I booked a 2-hour kayak tour around Old Harry Rocks for my 12 year old son and I. We had zero experiance and was more of a bonding day for us both so it was a relief when we arrived how warm, knowledagable and welcoming Dan our instructor was. He went through every step that made you feel safe and was humerous with it so never felt dull and dragged out, the tour itself was great thee views from the water are breathtaking but we we got so much more than expected larning all about WW1 relics we could see from the kayak, and then right up to the impressive Old Harry rocks. My son and I really enjoyed it and even when Dan thought the wind that had picked up which might see us stuggle with steering put a rope between our kayaks 'just in case' which was always a reminder just how good he was, looking out for everyone's safety, he even offered my son a snack when he was getting hungry! The views, the expereince Dan all made this day so memorable and will definietly only book water sports with them again. If you're looking a good qulaity expereince with ease book with these guys. I also never write reviews - but this was worth sharing how great our day was. Thank you.

31 May 2026 - Coastal Foraging and Edible Seaweed - My family bought me this foraging experience for a birthday. One of the best gifts. Dan's passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for nature shone through in his presentation, creating a great atmosphere, he had us all contributing to the three hour course. We were shown how to recognise and collect a selection of edible plants, seaweeds and how to retrieve razor clams from the shore line.
He was making recipe suggestions for all we saw and how to use some of the seaweeds for skin care or as a protecting wrap for fish whilst cooking.
I can recommend Fore/Adventure and will be back for more. One of my daughters and I intend to do a Forage and Cook adventure.

5 July 2026 So good! - We had such a good time! No complaints at all; Dan and Kevin were brilliant instructors, the kayaking is at just the right level where you’re involved but not overwhelmed and we even had a young seal following us and playing. Can’t recommend it enough.

5 July 2026 - Amazing Experience - We went as a family of 4 - two adults and two children (10-14) and we had Daniel as our tour guide. Three of us had never been kayaking before and all of us were comfortable and felt safe with the introduction, safety information and guidance during the tour. We kayaked to Old Harry Rocks and took amazing photos during the kayak and on old Harry Rock. Would definitely recommend and all of us would gladly go again during another holiday!

5 July 2026 Fantastic Experience !!! - We did the 2hour Kayak to Old Harry Rocks and its was a Fantastic Experience. Kevin was an amazing guide and teacher, he's very knowledgeable about the local area as well as the wildlife we encountered during our Kayak tour. We learned so much about Old Harry and the nature reserve located at Studland. Thank you Kevin, Coasteering next see you soon!!!

2 May 2026 Fun Paddleboard Lesson - My friend and I had a fabulous morning with Dan on a 2 hour paddle boarding lesson. I didn't have any experience and came away feeling confident that I could do it. Dan was very knowledgeable and professional with a brilliant sense of humour! I have previously done the kyaking tour with Fore and would highly recommend them 👌

10 July 2026 Brilliant coastal adventure - Absolutely fantastic trip out with Dan from Fore! He was suitably funny and entertaining to put everyone at ease, but professional and competent when we needed him on the water! He allowed everyone to challenge themselves with the right amount of perceptive risk, whilst ensuring everyone stayed safe! Beautiful scenery, birdlife, wildlife, coastline, company! Magic 3 hours

We don’t exist in isolation. The Pig On The Beach
Good For:
Great Food, sumptuously styled rooms, and a glorious setting overlooking Old Harry Rocks.
Highlights:
Sip cocktails at sundown around the fire pits on the grounds or laze your days away on a sunlounger overlooking the sea.

Good For:
Enviable setting and luscious lawns. A great choice for families.
Highlights:

Seafood restaurant with a fantastic a la carte menu packed with fresh, local seafood and produce from the surrounding areas. Al fresco dining is available.
Highlights:
Jaw-dropping views over Brownsea Island, the waters of Poole Harbour, and Sandbanks. Enjoy a panoramic sunset over the water as you dine.
Java
Good For:
Home-made, tasty lunch food, exceptional coffee, and sweet treats in a unique, relaxing environment. A local family-run business with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
Highlights:
Large range of vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan meals and treats. The rock cakes and tarts are to die for. Take away available.
Pig On The Beach
Good For:
Well known for its extensive tasty menu using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The food style is driven by homegrown clarity of flavour, and influenced by the Dorset landscape and proximity to the coast.
Highlights:
Supplies a 25 mile menu and has it's own fabulous kitchen garden. Wood pizza oven in the garden with views over the bay.
Bankes Arms Studland
Good For:
Rustic pub feels with its own brewery beers. Freshly prepared local seasonal menu. Simple bar snacks and pub favourites to gourmet dishes to accompany a bottle of wine. Great for families.
Highlights:
Nestle by an open fire in colder seasons or bask in the sun al-fresco dining with views over Studland Bay out towards the Isle Of Wight

Good For:
Lovely village convenience store in the heart of Studland village. A range of local produce, fresh fruit and veg, newspapers, and essentials.
Highlights:
Family run, local post office services inside the shop.
Jurassic Outdoor
Good For:
All of your outdoor needs and more. A great range of high-quality, tested outdoor clothing, shoes and boots, and camping and climbing equipment.
Highlights:
Independent and family-run local business with exceptional customer service.
Budgens, Swanage
Good For:
Local family-run supermarket with a bakery, fresh and frozen foods, and a newspaper kiosk.
Highlights:
Range of locally produced foods from local suppliers
Country Foods
Good For:
A great range of health foods, supplements and fresh vegetables. A great place to go for those hard-to-find and organic ingredients.
Highlights:
Sustainability and eco products, pushing for plastic free shopping. Bring and fill our own bags at refill stations. Knowledgeable staff.

Bankes Arms, Studland
Good For:
A traditional country pub serving their own beers, brewed next door. Freshly prepared local seasonal menu. Simple bar snacks and pub favourites to gourmet dishes. Great for families.
Highlights:
Large pub garden overlooking Studland Bay. Sunday roasts throughout winter.
Square And Compass, Worth Matravers
Good For:
Family-owned ancient English free house supplying locally brewed tasty beers and ciders and a range of quality, tasty food. A live music venue with a range of unique acts and jam nights. Range of quality and tasty food. Open fires. Coastal views to die for.
Highlights:
Rated as one of the best pubs and beer gardens in the UK. Even has its own fossil museum.
Scott Arms, Kingston
Good For:
Welcoming traditional inn with two roomy bars. Serving real ales, ciders, and a range of wines. A menu of old pub favourites with freshly cooked, locally sourced food.
Highlights:
Gorgeous views over Corfe Valley and the castle. Fresh-cooked Caribbean food from the Jerk Shack.
The Greyhound, Corfe
Good For:
Traditional village pub in Corfe Castle serving fresh, seasonal, and local food on an extensive menu with some vegetarian and vegan options. A range of cask ales, keg lagers, and ciders from local breweries.
Highlights:
Possibly the most photographed pub in Dorset, sitting under the shadow of Corfe Castle.

Good For:
Our home is perfect for a variety of outdoor activities, foraging, and a stroll along the beach. Stunning views of and water access to Old Harry Rocks.
Highlights:
Huge variety of flora and fauna from seaweeds to seals and dolphins in a wold heritage site on the Jurrasic coast.
Nine Barrow Ridge
Good For:
Take a walk or mountain bike ride up to the elongated hill forming the northern ridge of the Purbeck Hills on the Isle of Purbeck between Swanage and Corfe.
Highlights:
360-degree views over the Isle of Purbeck, Poole Harbour, and over to the Bournemouth coast.
Swyre Head
Good For:
Coastal walking to the highest point of the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset through gorgeous country estate farmland. Voted one of the best views in the UK over the Jurrasic coast from Kimmerage bay to The Isle of Portland.
