We are located in sunny Studland on the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset, a diverse environment with woods, heathland, seashore, and beach, which guarantee a whole scope of adventures. We Host Kayaking and Paddleboarding Adventures, Foraging, Bushcraft, Outdoor Cooking Courses, Feasts, and more. It is the perfect location in which to develop a fulfilling outdoor career.
Studland is within close proximity to Swanage and Sandbanks in Poole and can easily be reached by car, bus, and bike. Our base on Middle beach is perfectly situated on the beach for easy access to the water and has a variety of habitats to explore which provides a playground like no other. Old Harry Rocks is our main attraction which provides an exciting opportunity to teach sea kayaking and an ideal gateway to explore the rest of the Jurassic Coast on kayaking journeys for Introduction to Advanced paddling.
We’re expanding our awesome team of instructors and assistants and have exciting opportunities for the right candidates for outdoor careers. We are looking for happy positive people with a sense of adventure & a keen interest in nature and all that it entails. The work will involve getting stuck into all of our activities (from guiding to getting the ice creams in) and most importantly ensuring our clients are as happy as we are. Outdoor Instructor £21,700k Pro rata based on a 40 hour week with bonuses on top.

Essential Qualifications
For the outdoor instructor role we would ideally require a minimum:
- First Aid Cert
- UKCC Level 1 Paddlesport Coach
- SUP Coaching Endorsement

Essential Qualifications
We are looking for organised, happy, and helpful individuals to help us on the beach this summer to hire our equipment and help with the day to day running of our adventures.
Your main duties will be to hire the equipment on the beach and help to support the instructors who are running the sessions. Other duties include meeting and greeting clients, taking bookings, answering the phone and making calls to help customers with their enquiries and at certain times helping out at our events.

Essential Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in administration and is able to work efficiently and independently, is confident and enthusiastic on the phone making and receiving calls. While this is not a ‘sales’ role, you will be expected to make outgoing calls to businesses and other organisations to introduce what Fore/Adventure offers, and follow any leads through email and further calls.
You will be helping in all areas from meeting and greeting clients, taking bookings, administration, invoicing, answering the phone and making calls, helping customers with their bookings and queries and helping out at our events. (Occasionally some weekend work may be required).
You will also be asked to get involved with telling our audiences all about our brilliant adventures through our social media and newsletters, so any experience in this area is a bonus.
Our office is based in Studland and we would encourage you to work from this location. However, we understand about work/life balance and are happy to discuss a work schedule that shares time across the office and home.

We are looking for freelance chefs to join our events team to help us host our many foraging and feasting experiences throughout Dorset. These events run throughout the year at various locations indoors and outdoors. Sometimes we don’t have access to a kitchen so flexibility is key!
Knowledge of wild food and cooking with fire is desirable.
