We are completely immersed in nature here on our peninsula in Studland on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, watching our heath, shoreline and woodland change throughout the seasons is a constant source of inspiration for us. We have designed our foraging and wild food adventures to get you close to nature and to let us guide you through what makes this area of Dorset so special and unique.

My wife and I absolutely loved the day we spent with Fore adventures. Dan was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and we particularly enjoyed the foraging part of the day with the razor clams being a particular highlight.

Fantastic day out for my family at the Halloween bushcraft. Was really well organised and we came away with a few things that we had made. Ollie was a fantastic instructor and I can’t thank Jade & Dan enough for arranging this for us.

A day in (Fore / Adventures) world is enough to assure anyone that adventure is out there.
We are lucky enough to have some well skilled outdoor experts on team Fore who can help us to deliver a whole array of adventures and here’s one of our favourites..
You can spend a day exploring what the seasons have to offer, foraging and learning the tricks of tree and plant identification. Alongside this we will practice a whole host of bushcraft skills, from shelter building to water purification and woodwork to fire building before feasting on soup with foraged goodies by the seaside. An unbeatable experience.
These full days allow us to share all of our wild ways from bushcraft skills, to foraging for wild foods and teaching you the skills needed to get the most out of your time in the great outdoors.
All of our Bushcraft sessions run from our Hutquarters in Studland
Please arrive at our base in the car park 10 minutes before your adventure begins to ensure a savvy start as unfortunately we can’t hold the session if you are late
This course is split into two halves. Half the day will be focusing on bushcraft and the other half foraging, the timings of each session depend on the tides. On arriving at our base in Studland you will be given a short introduction to the day before being immersed in the great outdoors.
This Course is suitable for beginners and also people who already have some bushcraft and foraging knowledge and want to further their learning.
Bring clothes suitable for the seasons and the weather on the day. That means full waterproofs, sturdy covered footwear – walking/welly boots. Wear some old clothes due to brambles and fire lighting.
