Our fleet of Perception Essence sea kayaks are ideal for teaching the skills to progress from beginner through to advanced sea kayaking.
Our half day introduction to sea kayaking gets you started and gives you the foundation skills you need to start your sea kayaking journey. Studland bay is a world class location enabling you to progress quickly. If conditions suit you will explore Old Harry Rocks.
For our intermediate sea kayaking day we explore the iconic sea stacks, caves and cliffs of Old Harry Rocks. If conditions suit then you will journey to Ballard point and Swanage Bay. Throughout the day our coaches will take every opportunity to develop your personal paddling skills and knowledge of the coastal environment.
The 2 day British Canoeing Sea Kayak Award (tidal) helps you develop the skills to take part in coastal sea kayak journeys in tides of up to 1knots and winds of up to force 3. Our British Canoeing coaches will explore the skills you need to get the most out of this award.
For our advanced sea kayaking days the Jurassic coast provides a world class venue for rough water paddling. With the tidal races at Old Harry Rocks, Peveril Point, Durlston and St Aldhelms head we have fantastic venues on our doorstep. Another favourite location is Portland Bill and the associated tidal races.
